As a Personal Assistant (Temporary), you will:
- Be responsible for management calendars, including post-meeting follow up, in an efficient, effective and professional manner
- Work closely with executives on daily priorities
- Manage and coordinate business travel arrangements
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential material
- Assist in preparation of presentations & reports
- Attend cross-organizational discussions, summarizing key points and monitoring action items
- Act as point of contact for the department employees, co-managers and management members
If you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a personal assistant to a C-level executive within a high-tech company
- Willingness to work extra hours during busy times
- A can-do attitude and ability to work independently
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Discretion and confidentiality
