As a Personal Assistant (Temporary), you will:

  • Be responsible for management calendars, including post-meeting follow up, in an efficient, effective and professional manner
  • Work closely with executives on daily priorities
  • Manage and coordinate business travel arrangements
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential material
  • Assist in preparation of presentations & reports
  • Attend cross-organizational discussions, summarizing key points and monitoring action items
  • Act as point of contact for the department employees, co-managers and management members

If you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a personal assistant to a C-level executive within a high-tech company
  • Willingness to work extra hours during busy times
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work independently
  • Outstanding organizational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Discretion and confidentiality
