As a Backend Team Leader, you will:
- Lead a team of backend developers in GO/Python
- Be in charge of the team’s personal growth and development
- Build robust production applications at the core of the company’s solutions
- Work closely with product management to build the product vision
- Manage the product’s architecture, design and lifecycle
- Set clear goals based on technical and business requirements
- Take an active part in the implementation (hands-on) of the team’s various services and features
If you have:
- 6+ years of experience in SW development (at least 3 years of GO/Python development)
- 2+ years of managerial experience as a team leader/tech-lead
- Experience with design and architecture of complex features
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), ORM and database design principles
- Hands-on experience working with microservices and Dockers
- Ability to adapt to an extremely dynamic environment
