As a Bookkeeper, you will:
- Conduct monthly AP account reconciliation as well as intercompany transactions
- Employee expense reimbursement
- Perform all activities related to accounts payable, including reviewing and processing payments to suppliers and credit card reconciliation
- Manage local and foreign vendors
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports
- Record prepaid expenses and amortization
- Record daily financial transactions including closing entries and accruals
- Assisting with month-end, year-end financial closings and other projects as needed
If you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Certified bookkeeper (Level 2-3)
- Experience working with Priority
- Good excel skills
- Excellent communication skills and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
