As a Bookkeeper, you will:

  • Conduct monthly AP account reconciliation as well as intercompany transactions
  • Employee expense reimbursement
  • Perform all activities related to accounts payable, including reviewing and processing payments to suppliers and credit card reconciliation
  • Manage local and foreign vendors
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports
  • Record prepaid expenses and amortization
  • Record daily financial transactions including closing entries and accruals
  • Assisting with month-end, year-end financial closings and other projects as needed

If you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Certified bookkeeper (Level 2-3)
  • Experience working with Priority
  • Good excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
