As a 24/7 Monitoring and Technical Support, you will:

  • Work in shifts 24×7, including weekends and holidays
  • Handle day-to-day production issues
  • Provide clients with a professional and friendly first point-of-contact for all incidents
  • Continuously develop and improve the team’s service and processes
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical incidents

If you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a technical support, NOC or customer service representative, or a similar role
  • Knowledge in UNIX systems & CCNA level networking – a must
  • Fluency in English with strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and remain focused
  • Strong analytical skills and able to collect and interpret data from various sources
  • Knowledge in Windows services and logs
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python.
  • Basic knowledge in Virtualization (VMware)
