This policy describes the information practices of the NSO Group website (the “Site”). By using our Site, you consent to the data processing described in this policy. This policy does not govern or apply to information collected or used by NSO Group through any means other than the Site.

We take measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access. However, no data storage system or transmission of data over the internet can be 100 percent secure.
Children’s Information
We do not knowingly collect information on the Site from children under the age of 14, unless permitted by law. Upon notice, we will delete any information we may have inadvertently received on the Site from a child under 14.
Governing Law
The Site is intended for an Israeli audience and is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of Israel. We make no representation that the Site is operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of any other nations. By using the Site and providing us with information, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to and processed outside your resident jurisdiction. You consent to the transfer of such data to Israel, the EU, or the United States for processing by us in accordance with this policy. If we do, you can expect a similar degree of protection in respect of your personal information.
Changes to this Policy
When we update the policy, we will revise the “Effective Date” date above and post the revised policy. Any changes will be effective when we post the revised policy. Your continued use of our Site after any changes or revisions to this policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of the revised policy.
